Etesia UK is looking for a skilled and proactive After Sales Service Specialist to be the backbone of our customer support and technical training.
This is a dynamic, full-time hybrid role, based primarily at our Shenington, Oxfordshire location, with flexibility for some remote work.

We’ve grown from two core machines to a diverse product line, including specialised walk-behind and ride-on mowers, the robust Attila brush cutters, and the innovative ET Lander vehicle.
We are also the UK importer for the groundbreaking Pellenc battery tools, making us a key player in the groundcare industry’s shift towards electric.
We pride ourselves on comprehensive service, dedicated area managers, and free product demonstrations, all aimed at making grounds maintenance easier for everyone.
The Role
As our After Sales Service Specialist, you will be the vital link between our customers, dealers, and our cutting-edge products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and technical excellence across our entire product range, including the exciting ET Lander vehicle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Customer & Technical Support: Expertly managing customer queries, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues for our full range of machinery and tools, including our battery-powered products.
- Service & Parts Management: Efficiently handling all service and spare parts requests, ensuring quick and accurate fulfillment.
- Training & Aftersales: Taking responsibility for product training and aftersales care for our range of products.
- Field Support: Providing hands-on, in-field support to both our dealers and end-users when needed.
- Collaboration: Coordinating closely with our Area Managers to support product demonstrations and follow up on customer service needs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, and query management.
- Demonstrable experience in handling service and spare parts requests.
- Strong electrical knowledge related to battery tools and vehicles is highly desirable.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills to effectively work with Area Managers and the wider team.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to clearly explain technical information.
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a hybrid work setting.
- Previous experience in the machinery or groundscare industry is a significant advantage.
