LOCATION: office- based role with extensive travel required throughout the UK
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
A flexible approach to your hours will be essential to meet the seasonality of the business, but generally 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Please Note: Full driving licence is essential, as is good organisational skills with experience in meeting deadlines and prioritising. You will also possess the ability to work autonomously, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
This Engineer will be responsible for supporting our dealer network and end-user customers with the Etesia and Pellenc product groups. This involves a variety of tasks such as technical training for dealers and end user support, product maintenance and repair and assistance with major demonstrations. A working knowledge of Excel and designing and delivering Powerpoint presentations is required.
Our Engineers are expected to become an expert in all Etesia and Pellenc products, fully understanding all of their unique features and benefits. They will be able to implement corrective action by researching customer issues and where required performing on-site troubleshooting and subsequent warranty tasks. A keen interest in electrics and battery tools in particular would be an advantage. This is primarily an office based role. Due to the nature of our small team there will be occasions where support of the office team in various other roles will be required.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED
Full training on all products and services will be provided as necessary to the successful candidate. There will be a need to travel overseas so a valid passport and a willing to travel to mainland Europe as a minimum will be required.
